Muswell Rose July 2026 · private draft, nothing published

Dear Avner,

Thank you for the honest read on LTD Turnaround. You put your finger on exactly the problem this project exists to solve, so let me set out properly what we're building, what we'd like from you, and what's in it for you. Every word in this document is a draft for you to correct; nothing goes anywhere without your say-so.

What's changed in search

Google, and now ChatGPT, Perplexity and the other AI assistants, increasingly decide who to recommend based on whether a real, checkable person stands behind the content. Anonymous advice is being discounted. A named expert whose career can be verified (the licence, the firm, the public record) is what these systems now reward, especially on money topics like insolvency. Your reaction to the site made the same point from the human side: content without a person behind it doesn't earn trust, from readers or from machines.

What we're doing

We run a group of UK business comparison and advice sites. One of them is LTD Turnaround, which helps limited-company directors in financial difficulty understand their options and reach the right professional early. We're building what we call Expert Voices: content in each field is reviewed by a named specialist, and each specialist gets a proper public profile on muswellrose.com: bio, career history, photograph, and links out to their real-world footprint. For insolvency, that reviewer should be a licensed insolvency practitioner.

Each guide you review carries a short named credit (your name, credentials and firm) linking to your profile page, which in turn links to the Insolvency Service register, your LinkedIn and RG Insolvency, so anyone checking the claim, human or AI, finds it holds up.

It already exists for someone else

Derren Powell, a former Mastercard vice president, reviews the guides on our card-payments site, MerchantHQ. I'd encourage you to look at his setup, because it is exactly what we're proposing for you: his profile on Muswell Rose, his page on the site itself, and a live guide carrying his review credit. The pages that would carry your name are live now: creditors' voluntary liquidation, company administration, winding-up petitions, and the rest of the library at ltdturnaround.co.uk.

Your profile wouldn't just be a CV. It sets out your specialist subjects (voluntary and compulsory liquidations, administrations and pre-packs, CVAs and IVAs, bankruptcy, LPA receiverships, insolvent estates, restructuring, director advice under creditor pressure) and each one links to the matching guides you review, so you are visibly the named expert on those exact topics. Underneath, the page carries the machine-readable version of the same thing, so when someone (or something) asks who knows about creditors' voluntary liquidation, the trail leads to you.

Your page, drafted

This is a working draft built from your LinkedIn and the public record. Nothing is invented, and the dotted items are the ones that need your confirmation before use.

Avner Radomsky MIPA FABRP is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with twenty years in business recovery and insolvency, and the founder of RG Insolvency. Since 2013 his name has appeared on nearly 5,000 insolvency notices in The Gazette, across corporate and personal appointments.

He entered the profession in 2006 at Valentine & Co, progressing over eleven years from trainee to licensed, appointment-taking director, passing the JIEB examinations and taking his licence from the Insolvency Practitioners Association in 2011. In 2017 he founded his own practice, which became RG Insolvency in 2019 when fellow practitioner Michael Goldstein joined; the firm now has three licensed insolvency practitioners. In 2024 he sold the firm to its own staff through an Employee Ownership Trust, making RG one of the few employee-owned insolvency practices in the UK.

His appointments span creditors' and members' voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations, administrations, voluntary arrangements, bankruptcies, LPA receiverships and insolvent estates. Notable matters include the pre-pack administration sale of the Tapas Revolution restaurant group in 2023, which preserved an eleven-site business. He is a member of the IPA and a Fellow of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Outside practice, he has been a trustee of the Shine for Shani Charitable Foundation since 2019, a charity funding research into children's heart conditions.

We've already done the checking

Verification is the whole point of this project, so before writing a word we ran the same checks a careful client, journalist or AI assistant would. Your licence and IP number check out at source on the Insolvency Service register, corroborated by High Court filings. Roughly 4,900 Gazette notices carry your name since 2013, nearly 300 of them this year. Companies House shows a solidly capitalised firm with nothing filed late in nine years, and the 2024 move to employee ownership on the record. The IPA's enforcement pages and the disqualified-directors register come back clean. The Tapas Revolution pre-pack is press-verified, and the Charity Commission confirms the trusteeship. In short: your record is the reason we're asking you and not someone else.

Why this works for you

Here's the thing our research made obvious: your official record is exceptional, and your public profile doesn't reflect it. Twenty years, thousands of appointments, a firm you built and handed to its staff, and yet no interviews, no talks, no written footprint beyond the registers. Anyone who searches your name before instructing you finds filings, not a person. This project builds the public professional profile your record has already earned, and the links run both ways: your registers and record corroborate our pages, our pages give your name a home that search engines and AI assistants can actually read. Every claim on either side is simply true and checkable. That's what makes it work.

If the guides generate work

These guides exist to get directors to the right professional early, and they generate real enquiries. If a reader needs an insolvency practitioner, you are more than welcome to take those leads. If it turns into something larger, then of course we'll have a proper chat about how that works.

What we'd need from you

Deliberately little. The draft above is already built; this is ten minutes, not a project:

  1. Your corrections to the draft. You approve every line before anything is published.
  2. Your preferred credential string. MIPA FABRP, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IPA), IP No. 12290: in full, or shorter? Your own site doesn't show the IP number; we'd suggest showing it, but it's your call.
  3. A headshot. High resolution; we strip all hidden metadata before anything is published.
  4. A yes or no on the employee-ownership line in the draft above.
  5. Qualifications and letters we may have missed. We have the JIEB, the IPA licence, MIPA and FABRP; anything else you use, tell us.
  6. Anything that shows your standing that we couldn't find from outside. Awards, press quotes, PR or media appearances, panels, committees, memberships, notable cases you're proud of. Our research only sees what's public; you know what we've missed.

Everything else (the writing, the pages, the linking, the upkeep) is our work, not yours. That said, the door is always open: if anything has your name on it anywhere (press quotes, firm posts, talks, awards, notable cases, committee work, memberships, training you've delivered) send it over, however minor it seems, and let us judge. We would far rather sift through fifty things and use ten than miss the one that matters. No deadline and no homework; whenever it's easy.

With thanks,

Adam Parker
